Terms of Service

To use DOLLA, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

You must not be located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where participation in ticket-based prize systems or cryptocurrency transactions is prohibited or restricted by law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of DOLLA complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

DOLLA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at our sole discretion if we believe you do not meet eligibility requirements or are violating these Terms.

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and any linked cryptocurrency wallets. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify DOLLA of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

DOLLA will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Each person may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual may be terminated, and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

DOLLA Tickets are digital units used within the DOLLA platform. Each DOLLA Ticket represents one entry in a specific lot's prize draw.

DOLLA Tickets are priced at 1.08 USDT/USDC per ticket. The price includes a platform service fee. Prices may be adjusted with prior notice.

DOLLA Tickets are non-transferable between users. They may only be used within the DOLLA platform for participation in lots or withdrawn as USDT/USDC to a supported cryptocurrency wallet.

DOLLA Tickets do not constitute securities, financial instruments, or any form of investment. They are solely functional units for platform participation.

Your DOLLA Ticket balance can be withdrawn at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and network fees. Withdrawal requests are processed automatically.

All purchases of DOLLA Tickets are made using supported cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC) on supported blockchain networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Solana, TRON).

Once a DOLLA Ticket is purchased and assigned to a lot, it is generally non-refundable. However, if a lot is cancelled by DOLLA before completion, all tickets for that lot will be automatically refunded to participants' DOLLA Ticket balances.

DOLLA does not process refunds for blockchain network fees. These fees are charged by the respective blockchain networks and are outside our control.

In the event of a technical error resulting in duplicate purchases, DOLLA will credit the correct amount back to your balance within 24 hours.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Sending funds to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks may result in permanent loss of funds for which DOLLA cannot be held responsible.

DOLLA uses a provably fair algorithm for all prize draws. The system combines a pre-committed server seed with an unpredictable blockchain hash to determine winners.

Before each lot begins, a SHA-256 hash of the server seed is published and visible to all participants. This hash cannot be changed once published.

When a lot sells out, the block hash of the final ticket purchase transaction is used as the public entropy source. The winning ticket is calculated as: SHA256(server_seed + block_hash) % total_tickets.

After the draw, the server seed is revealed, allowing any participant to independently verify that the result matches the pre-published hash and that the winner was correctly determined.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that the provably fair system constitutes a valid and binding method of winner determination, and you agree to accept its results.

The DOLLA name, logo, brand elements, website design, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by DOLLA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without prior written permission from DOLLA.

You may not use the DOLLA name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written consent.

User-generated content (such as profile information) remains your property, but you grant DOLLA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use such content in connection with operating the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DOLLA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

DOLLA's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to DOLLA in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

DOLLA is not responsible for losses resulting from: blockchain network failures or delays, smart contract vulnerabilities in third-party protocols, loss of private keys or wallet access, market volatility of cryptocurrencies, or regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency operations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Create multiple accounts or use automated systems to purchase tickets
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the provably fair system
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Service
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or DOLLA staff
• Circumvent geographic or age restrictions
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against DOLLA.

DOLLA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and withdraw any remaining balance from your account.
