By nature, blockchain transactions are public and immutable. When you interact with DOLLA through blockchain networks, please be aware of the following:

• Transaction details (amounts, wallet addresses, timestamps) are permanently recorded on public blockchains and cannot be deleted or modified.
• Your wallet address may be visible to other users or the public through blockchain explorers.
• We do not control blockchain data. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is beyond our ability to alter or remove.
• Provably fair draw results, including server seeds and block hashes, are published publicly for transparency and verification purposes.

We recommend using dedicated wallet addresses for DOLLA transactions if you wish to maintain separation from your other blockchain activities.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We work with trusted third parties who assist in operating the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government regulation.

• Analytics data (anonymized): indefinitely
• Support correspondence: 3 years after resolution

DOLLA is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
